1
Create your account
Go to goagentnode.com and click Get early access. Enter your name and work email address, then check your inbox for the confirmation code AgentNode sends you. Enter the code to verify your email. Once confirmed, you can optionally set a password — or skip this and sign in with an email code every time.
2
Configure your settings
Before AgentNode can draft messages, it needs two pieces of information from you:
- What you message leads about — describe the kinds of conversations you typically have: buying, selling, investment properties, a specific neighbourhood, or a mix.
- When you send — set the days and times you’re comfortable with AgentNode sending on your behalf.
3
Import your contacts
Export a CSV from your CRM or spreadsheet — any file that includes names and phone numbers will work. Then:
- Open the Inbox and click Import CSV.
- Upload your file and map the columns to AgentNode’s fields (name, number, notes, and any custom data).
- AgentNode remembers your column mapping for next time, so future imports from the same source are instant.
- Click Finish to complete the import.
4
Start your first outreach
As soon as your import finishes, AgentNode asks what you’d like to do with the contacts you just added. You have three options:
- Reach out — send an AI-drafted personalised message to each contact right now.
- Add to a campaign — enrol them in an ongoing automated outreach campaign.
- Nothing yet — import without taking any action; you can reach out later from the Contacts page.
What happens next
Once your first messages are sent, AgentNode takes over the follow-up. The AI replies to incoming responses, keeps the conversation moving, and continues working through your list on the schedule you set. You don’t need to be involved for every exchange. When a conversation reaches a point the AI can’t handle — a question about price, contract terms, or anything that needs a real decision — AgentNode stops, flags the thread, and moves it to Needs You at the top of your Inbox. That’s your signal to step in. Everything else keeps running in the background while you focus on the conversations that matter most.Inbox
