AgentNode collects several categories of information depending on how you use the platform:
  • Account information — your name, business name, email address, phone number, and account credentials.

  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, session information, device and browser data, and other information collected automatically when you use the platform.
  • Billing information — subscription status, payment method details (processed by Stripe), and transaction history.

AgentNode does not sell your personal information or your leads’ contact data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

SMS and telephony are handled through SignalHouse. Property data services are provided by RentCast and Realie.
AgentNode processes SMS data specifically to operate the messaging service. AgentNode retains your data for as long as your account is active and for a period after account deletion as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.Consent records, opt-out records, and message history may be retained for longer periods to satisfy carrier, registry, and legal recordkeeping requirements. When data is no longer needed, AgentNode deletes, anonymises, or aggregates it in line with its standard practices.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information AgentNode holds about you. You may also have the right to opt out of certain types of data processing. To submit a privacy request, email legal@goagentnode.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and include enough detail to identify the information at issue.
