The Inbox is where your day starts. Every conversation AgentNode is running on your behalf, every appointment a lead has booked, and every thread that needs your personal attention all live here — organised into three columns so you can see at a glance what’s happening, what’s been handled, and what needs you right now.

The three columns

Needs You

Campaigns asking for something, and conversations AgentNode stopped on because a reply needed a person. Open one to see what was asked and answer it.

Conversations

Every thread, most recent first, with the last thing said. Open one to read it and reply yourself. AgentNode keeps handling the thread unless you tell it to stop.

Bookings

Appointments leads have booked: the most recent, then the week ahead by day.

Quick actions

Above the three columns you’ll find four actions that cover the most common things you need to kick off from the Inbox.
  • Add contact — add a single lead manually when you want to bring someone in without a CSV upload.
  • Import CSV — bulk-import contacts from a spreadsheet or CRM export. Map the columns once and AgentNode remembers the mapping for next time.
  • Reach out — sends one text to one person, from your number, as you — write it yourself or let AgentNode draft it from their history.
  • New campaign — start a new automated outreach job for a group of contacts.
Use Reach out for one-off messages when you want to write something personal. Use Campaigns for ongoing, scheduled outreach.

Replying to a conversation

Open any thread from the Conversations column to read the full back-and-forth between AgentNode and that lead. Type your reply in the message box and send it — your message goes out from your number, just as if you had texted them directly. AgentNode continues managing the rest of the thread unless you switch automated handling off for that conversation.

Handling a Needs You item

When AgentNode reaches a point in a conversation it can’t handle on its own, it stops and flags the thread in the Needs You column. Open the item to see exactly what the lead said and why AgentNode escalated it. Read the conversation, decide how you want to respond, then reply directly from the thread. Once you’ve handled it, mark the item resolved to clear it from the column and let AgentNode know it can continue.
