Importing a CSV
1
Export your contacts
Pull a CSV export from your CRM, spreadsheet, or lead source. AgentNode accepts files of any size, so you don’t need to split large lists.
2
Open Import CSV
From the Inbox, click Import CSV in the quick-actions bar. You can also go directly to the Contacts page and click Import CSV there.
3
Map the columns
Tell AgentNode which column is the name, which is the phone number, and which columns contain notes or context it should know about. AgentNode remembers your mapping, so future imports from the same format are one click.
4
Choose what happens next
When the import finishes, AgentNode asks what you’d like to do with these contacts: reach out to them now, add them to an existing campaign, or do nothing yet and let them sit in your list until you’re ready.
AgentNode deduplicates rows automatically — if a phone number already exists in your contacts, it won’t create a second record.
Adding a single contact
Click Add contact to bring in one person without a CSV. The process is two steps: first, fill in who they are — their name, phone number, and any notes you want AgentNode to know about them. Second, tell AgentNode what to do with them right away: send a first text now, add them to one or more campaigns, do both, or do nothing yet and leave them in your list.Tags
A tag is a label you attach to a contact to describe where they came from or how you think about them — for example, from zillow or inner circle. A contact can carry as many tags as you need, one for each context they belong to. To focus on a specific group, pick a tag from the filter at the top of the contacts list and AgentNode will show you only the people who carry it.
