AgentNode handles your outreach by reading what you know about each lead — their name, any notes you’ve added, the campaign you’ve set up, and the full history of your conversations — then drafting a text that sounds like it came from you personally. Once a campaign is running, the AI sends messages on your cadence and keeps replies going without you needing to step in, unless it reaches something only you should handle.

What the AI works from

Every message AgentNode drafts draws on a combination of sources:
  • Your messaging preferences — what topics you message leads about and when you prefer to send, set in Settings
  • The lead’s name, number, and notes — whatever you included or imported with their contact record
  • The campaign’s instructions — the goal and tone you described when you set the campaign up
  • Previous conversation history — every prior message and reply AgentNode has on file for that lead
  • Files and live sources from the Context tab — any documents, listings, or external sources you’ve attached to the campaign
The more of this detail you provide upfront, the more relevant and natural each message will feel to the person receiving it.

AI-drafted messages vs. your messages

How messages get drafted and sent depends on how you’re reaching out. In a campaign, AgentNode operates autonomously. It handles the opener, follows up on replies, and keeps the conversation moving — all without waiting on you. You set the campaign up once and it runs from there. In a one-off Reach Out, you have more direct control. You can write the message yourself, or ask the AI to draft one based on what it knows about the lead. Before anything is sent in one-off mode, you have the option to review and edit the draft — nothing goes out until you’re ready. In both cases, AgentNode stops and escalates to you the moment a reply falls outside what it can confidently handle.

Personalisation

AgentNode doesn’t send generic follow-ups. It uses the lead’s context — their neighbourhood, the time since you last spoke, anything notable from previous conversations — to write something that feels like a genuine, timely check-in rather than a broadcast message. Here’s how a typical automated exchange can look:
“Hi Marcus — thinking of you. The market in Eastside has shifted quite a bit since we last spoke. Worth a quick catch-up?” (sent automatically)
“Oh wow, yeah — we’ve actually been thinking about it lately.”
“Great to hear. I have Thursday at 2:00 or Friday morning free — which suits you?” (sent automatically)
The lead receives a message that references their area and the gap since your last contact. AgentNode follows their reply with a natural next step — all without you needing to write a word.

On-demand CMA generator

When a conversation heats up and a lead wants to know what’s happening in their local market, AgentNode can generate a Comparative Market Analysis on demand. This gives you — and the AI — relevant, current market data to share during the conversation, so you’re ready with real context before you even pick up the phone.
The more context you give in the campaign chat and in lead notes, the more personalised and effective the AI’s messages will be.
